The following questionnaire aims to gather feedback from ministry leaders about their ministry goals and performance in 2022. It includes questions about numerical growth, successful strategies, and areas that need improvement. Additionally, it will explore how the team and key individuals performed and if resource availability helped or hindered the initiative. Ministry leaders will also have the opportunity to reflect on things they wish they had done differently and commit to new goals for 2023. This feedback will help us to better understand the needs of our ministry leaders and make any necessary changes to ensure we continue to support and equip them for effective ministry.
